LiveCom 4WEB™ allows you to communicate directly with your website visitors in text, images and sound. By putting a chat button on a crucial location within the order or booking form you offer your visitors the option of entering into direct contact with one of your staff.

LiveCom 4WEB™ can be expanded by various modules:
Live Webchat
Live Web Chat functionalities for communication via text messages. Standard features include: pushing web pages, key notification, FAQ’s, database with internet content, visitor chat history, and chat logs.

Live Video

The LiveCom Live Video module enables you to open the door to in-depth personal advice on screen. With this module you can add a video stream to each chat session.

Live Board
Live Board makes it possible to arrange shared use of a drawing board during the chat session. The drawing is visible to both the operator and visitor in the chat window.

Live Sales
Live Sales is the tool for improving your online sales result.

Live Co-Browse
The Live Co-browse module is a fully integrated co-browse function for shared navigation through websites, filling in web forms and page marking, for which your visitor does not have to download anything.

Live Callcenter
With the Live Callcenter module you can route incoming requests to the right employee on the basis of skills groups and departments. You have extensive operator performance logs and can designate one supervisor per department.

Live Conversion

The Live Conversion module allows LiveCom customers to measure real-time conversions which they achieve with the chat application.
The effectiveness of the chat per product or product group can be quantified with this module.

Live Security
Does your organisation deal with privacy sensitive information? If you use the Live Security module all of your data is saved with 128-bit AES encryption.

SLA-24
LiveCom SLA-24 guarantees you that the agreed functions will be 99% available at minimum during the period of validity.

Advanced Reporting
With LiveCom Advanced Reporting you have a total insight into the complete flow from website visit to customer contact. Every status is logged and can be viewed in statistical form via the LiveCom Management Site.
